14:00 to 16:00 Lady & Man Style Body Isolation: Open Level

A basis of lessons to learn isolated move his body. The movements are learned in a relaxed and fun atmosphere, so that a learning outcome is given. All body parts are isolated. The aim is: to use upper body, pelvis and arms properly or to combine. It will be shown immediately applicable movements and a small figure.
